• Provide professional leadership in the BA team at a management level.
• Plan and drive the development of Arcadis’ capability and capacity in the BA team.
• Drive a culture of project delivery excellence within the BA team.
• Ensure the delivery of projects/tasks within the team meets targets.
• Engage with senior leadership and champion GEC capability.
• Drive the implementation of GEC and Discipline strategy.
• Communicate change and manage transformation within the team.
• Develop and implement workforce plans for capability building.
• Manage day-to-day workload within the teams.
• Drive training and accreditation plans for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree.
• Experience leading a significant business function.
• Ability to manage change and drive transformation.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
