Senior Governance Risk & Compliance Engineer - Remote

Overview

As Arcadia’s Sr. Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Engineer, you will ensure Arcadia maintains robust governance, risk, and compliance processes while leveraging technology to drive efficiencies.

In Short

• Implement and manage Vanta for compliance workflows.
• Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HITRUST audits.
• Automate control testing and evidence gathering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on GRC processes.
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance reporting.
• Manage cybersecurity risks and controls.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage vulnerabilities.
• Stay current with GRC technologies and standards.
• Provide compliance expertise for applications and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of control frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST).
• Experience with Vanta or similar GRC platforms.
• Hands-on experience with scripting tools and AWS.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• At least 2-3 years of healthcare compliance experience.
• Experience in vulnerability management.
• Ability to work independently.
