Overview

As a PLM - ReBird & Circularity, you create profitable seasonal assortments and line plans for our ReBird and Circular product category, aligning with the overall merchandising strategy to reduce waste and lower the carbon footprint of our product lines.

In Short

• Execute Product Line strategy across business units.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams for product launches.
• Partner with Sustainability team on circularity initiatives.
• Write and present product briefs.
• Manage product lifecycle from development to commercialization.
• Research and analyze global marketplace for insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Outdoor Retail or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of sell through and cost calculations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office.
