In Short

• You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Aragorn’s Analytics and Agentic HR Studio platform.
• Define and own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Analytics & Agentic AI product line.
• Partner with Engineering to translate complex AI and analytics capabilities into intuitive, high-value features for HR teams.
• Gather customer insights through discovery calls, usability testing, and data analysis to inform roadmap priorities.
• Own the product requirements process — creating clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Ensure seamless integration between analytics dashboards, AI agent configuration, and backend data systems.
• Manage cross-functional execution, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
• Track product performance, adoption, and ROI — iterating quickly to maximize customer and business outcomes.
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities and high expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably with analytics, AI/ML, or data-heavy products.
• Experience taking B2B enterprise products from concept to launch, with measurable impact on revenue or adoption.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, analytics workflows, and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into business-friendly features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, from PRDs to executive presentations.
• Comfortable making data-driven decisions, balancing quantitative analysis with qualitative insights.
