Overview

As a Smart Contract Developer at Aragon, you will be part of a team that designs and builds custom integrations for clients using the Aragon OSx protocol, contributing to the development of decentralized organizations.

In Short

Transform client needs into technical designs and production-ready code.
Lead projects from inception to live maintenance with a focus on security and quality.
Exhibit deep expertise in Solidity and smart contract architecture.
Understand Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and major DeFi protocols.
Collaborate with other product and engineering teams.
Participate in daily stand-ups and proactively solve challenges.

Requirements

3+ years of software delivery experience, preferably in startups.
Expert-level experience in Solidity and smart contract optimization.
Strong foundation in smart contract security.
Proficiency in foundry and hardhat.
Familiarity with Ethereum EIPs.
Technical contributions to DeFi protocols with significant TVL.
Fluency in Typescript and popular libraries.
Experience across multiple EVM networks.
Contributions to open-source projects in blockchain or web3.
Excellent English communication skills.
