In Short

• Lead workshops and discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories and feature specs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineers.
• Own the product backlog and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Advocate for user needs and ensure value in product development.
• Oversee user acceptance testing for quality assurance.
• Lead product demos for internal teams and Sales.
• Partner with CEO & CPTO to refine product vision and strategy.
• Train and support internal teams on product knowledge.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Requirements

• Experienced in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong background in defining functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in acceptance testing and quality assurance.
• Sales, Marketing, or Business Development experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
