• Work with a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm.
• Engage in buy side and sell side transactions.
• Analyze historical financial data and statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Licensed CPA is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• 2-3 years experience in Audit, Finance or Transaction Advisory Services.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to present to private equity and corporate executives.
