April Housing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join its Corporate Accounting team, playing a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA is a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate accounting.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Yardi experience preferred.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and analytical tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
