In Short

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify risks and blockers proactively.
• Monitor the progress of initiatives and OKRs.
• Work closely with team leads to refine workflows.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain open communication.
• Keep project documentation and dashboards updated.
• Manage incoming requests by prioritizing and routing them.
• Continuously analyze outcomes and refine processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager.
• Ability to think strategically with a product mindset.
• Strong understanding of AdTech and digital marketing.
• Experience with AI, ML, or data science teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Advanced expertise with Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
