In Short

  • Develop and manage our cross-channel B2B marketing strategy along the entire customer journey.
  • Plan, control, and optimize marketing campaigns for lead generation and qualification.
  • Develop and optimize our marketing funnels from the first contact to conversion.
  • Create and manage content for our website, landing pages, LinkedIn presence, and email campaigns.
  • Utilize references, case studies, and showcases for positioning and lead generation.
  • Track and analyze the performance of your measures, deriving data-driven optimizations.
  • Work closely with our sales team to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Use HubSpot as a central tool for campaign planning, automation, and success measurement.
  • Leverage AI to make processes more efficient and improve the quality of your marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing in the digital environment, ideally in an agency or tech/digital context.
  • Good understanding of how lead generation and marketing funnels work in B2B.
  • Think in campaigns and KPIs, making decisions based on data.
  • Experience in creating content for various channels, especially LinkedIn, website, and email.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and experience managing campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation tool.
  • Good understanding of how modern AI tools can be productively used in daily work.
  • Interest in digital products, trends, and business models, with a good understanding of our target audience.
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and proactively contribute ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate closely with other teams like sales or consulting.
  • Fluent in German at a native level.
