Requirements

Proficient in React / Typescript with 6+ years of experience.
Extensive experience with collaborative editor tools or similar productivity tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiar with CRDT and Yjs.
Plus: experience with Rust / Go / C++.
Plus: experience with backend development.
Mission-driven, great team player, and self-starter.
Passionate about AppFlowy and open-source.
Great communication skills for asynchronous work.
