As a Founder’s Associate focused on Go-to-Market, you’ll work at the frontlines of distribution, outreach, and monetization, helping turn existing products into real traction.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, growth, marketing, or customer research is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Confident engaging with prospects and users.
• Structured and analytical thinker.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, and outcome-driven.
• Fluent in English and German.
