To support our mission, we're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to build and scale high-performing technical teams that drive our organization forward.

In Short

• Lead 4 specialized pods with over 10 developers in Apify Professional Services.
• Manage direct reports, conducting 1:1s and providing career guidance.
• Identify areas for improvement and introduce new best practices.
• Maintain technical excellence and uphold standards for speed and quality.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and promote technical excellence.
• Attract new team members and lead teams to success.

Requirements

• Strong technical background, ideally with prior experience in Node.js/Typescript development.
• Experience leading successful teams.
• A passion for learning and supporting others.
• Natural talent for building collaboration and guiding team members.
• Strong English communication skills.
