Overview

Apex is a conversion rate optimization agency seeking a mid-to-senior conversion-focused UX/UI Designer to create high-converting designs for leading eCommerce brands.

In Short

Design conversion-focused landing pages and key eCommerce pages.
Translate CRO briefs, research, and hypotheses into stunning designs.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and clickable prototypes.
Develop multiple design variants for testing or different angles.
Build dev-ready Figma files for handoff.
Create and maintain Figma components and libraries.
Collaborate with developers for design handoff.
Communicate with clients for updates and revisions.

Requirements

3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, variants, libraries, prototyping).
Strong visual hierarchy and layout skills.
Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles.
Experience with eCommerce design.
Bonus: skills in branding, visual identity, and illustrations.
