Product Manager - Software Products - Remote

Overview

The Product Manager will oversee the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of software products that support Aon’s internal operations. This leader will work closely with global stakeholders to identify needs, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Aon’s strategic goals and operational requirements.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML and data technologies.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team.
• Responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery.
• Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features and measure impact.
• Ensure all software solutions adhere to Aon’s data protection, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a global organization.
• Familiarity with FinTech, cloud computing, insurance, or financial services operations.
• Experience working with software tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Location flexibility: Based virtually in US with occasional travel.
