Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable on video and familiar with digital tools
• Passion for service and purpose-driven work
• Customer service or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop/PC with webcam
