In Short

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Guide clients through personalized benefit options and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Provide exceptional client support throughout the process.
• Participate in mentorship, training, and team development sessions.
• Build long-term client relationships that support both professional and personal growth.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Confident speaking on video and skilled with digital tools and virtual platforms.
• Passionate about helping others and contributing to a greater mission.
• Experience in customer service, client advising, or consultative roles is preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a functioning webcam.
