Overview

We are looking for a Technical Revenue Accounting professional to join our Accounting Team at Anthropic, where you will execute technical accounting evaluation for deal structuring and support revenue accounting operations.

In Short

• Provide technical accounting expertise for revenue accounting guidance.
• Review revenue contracts and ensure compliance under ASC 606.
• Act as a preparer for revenue-related month-end close activities.
• Maintain revenue recognition policies and procedures.
• Conduct technical research on complex accounting matters.
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Educate business partners on revenue implications.
• Participate in process improvement and system implementation projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience focused on revenue recognition.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and deal structuring.
• Experience preparing technical accounting memos.
• Hands-on experience with revenue recognition tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements.
