Applied AI Product Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will drive the adoption of frontier AI by developing bespoke LLM solutions for top enterprises, leveraging your customer-facing experience and technical skills.

In Short

• Act as the primary technical advisor for prospective customers evaluating Claude.
• Partner closely with account executives to understand customer requirements.
• Drive technical decision making by advising on optimal setup and integration of Claude.
• Support customer onboarding and serve as an ongoing technical advisor.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and implementation support.
• Establish a shared vision for creating solutions that enable beneficial and safe AI.
• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Recent experience building production systems with large language models.
• Ability to navigate and execute amidst ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for advancing safe AI systems.
