Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage medium complexity projects, ensuring performance indicators are met and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams.

In Short

• Manage projects from initiation through transfer.
• Establish project schedules and financial parameters.
• Communicate customer requirements and budget constraints.
• Review production schedules and identify problem areas.
• Provide technical support to project teams.
• Develop status reports and ensure cost control.
• Conduct presentations of project information.
• Advise lower-level managers to achieve goals.
• Interact with customers and management frequently.
• Travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in electrical industry preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
