Product Manager - EMEA - Remote

Overview

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in critical power solutions. We are looking for a Product Manager – EMEA to lead our Switchgear, PDU, and RPP product range, located remotely in the UK.

In Short

• Develop and recommend product line strategies for the EMEA market.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams.
• Monitor and analyze P&L performance for the product line.
• Prepare business cases and financial models for product development.
• Conduct ongoing research on market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Define product requirements in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Support sustainability initiatives and ESG implementation.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA up to 50%.
• Work in an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience in P&L analysis and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in data centre, electric utility, or renewable energy markets.
