Accounting Manager, China (Fixed Term) - Remote

Overview

ANINE BING is looking for a temporary Accounting Manager to lead our global accounting operations. This role is a critical member of the Accounting team, responsible for overseeing core accounting functions, managing month-end close, and ensuring accuracy across reconciliations, inventory, and reporting processes.

In Short

• Lead and oversee the month-end and year-end close process.
• Manage reconciliations including bank accounts and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for accurate costing.
• Maintain and optimize the NetSuite ERP system.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy of all general ledger accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and inventory accounting.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative and proactive in improving systems.
