IT Project Manager Cybersecurity - Remote

Overview

As an IT Project Manager Cybersecurity, you actively shape the success of cybersecurity projects in a company that makes IT security tangible for medium-sized and large enterprises. The focus is on the development and enhancement of a unique all-in-one platform "Made in Germany" that combines vulnerability management, monitoring, and attack simulation.

In Short

• Accompany new clients from contract signing to active use.
• Regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and prevent problems early.
• Analyze technical requirements and develop tailored solutions, focusing on firewalls, endpoint, or cloud security.
• Support during security incidents, e.g., through SIEM and log analysis.
• Lead complex implementations, including escalation management.
• Act as an interface between clients and internal teams (Customer Success, Development, Sales, PreSales, Marketing).
• Conceptualize and conduct client training sessions.
• Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to the product team and actively shape our solutions.

Requirements

• Completed technical training, essential for professional exchange.
• Several years of experience in cybersecurity or with IT security solutions.
• Experience in IT project management or customer success management.
• Technical knowledge in areas like Linux, network technology, IT infrastructures (load balancers, proxies, certificates, VMs), SIEM systems, or security tools.
• Confident escalation management and solid project management skills.
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Ability to convey complex topics clearly, empathetically, and persuasively in German and English (fluent).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
