Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will have previous experience in Agile, who understands on-budget and on-schedule delivery of e-commerce solutions.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day communications and expectations to ensure project & engagement success.
• Facilitate regular status meetings via phone, video chat, and in-person.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third parties and client stakeholders.
• Control quality by reviewing deliverables prior to client presentation.
• Manage risk, threats, opportunities, blockers and associated mitigation plans.
• Ensure delivery of commitments made to clients.
• Overall accountability for engagement gross margin.
• Manage change requests for all scope, schedule, or budget changes.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed project plans.
• Identify staffing needed and collaborate with functional leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3+ years experience in a project management role in the technology space.
• Experience managing complex web development projects.
• Experience in the eCommerce industry.
• Experience with Shopify+ platform.
• Experience with JIRA and/or Asana.
• Knowledge of eCommerce industry standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
