Dashboard Developer - Remote

Overview

The Dashboard Developer will be an integral part of the HRM Workforce Analytics Support project, developing and maintaining dashboards to provide data insights to HRM.

In Short

• Develop and implement dashboards that answer workforce-related questions.

• Apply UI/UX best practices to improve dashboard usability.
• Maintain a centralized dashboard catalog and incident log.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure seamless data integration.
• Perform quality assurance, testing, and adhere to style guides.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain DHS clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field required with +4 years of experience.
• MUST have COGNOS/Excel experience.
• Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficiency with COGNOS, Excel (incl. Pivot Tables), and other analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of data integration, automation, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in UI/UX design and collaboration is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team setting.
