VDI Engineer - Windows 365 Cloud PC Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven VDI Engineer with expertise in Windows 365 Cloud PC to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Cloud PC solutions.

In Short

• Lead technical strategy and support for Windows 365 Cloud PC.
• Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Develop automation scripts using Python.
• Utilize API Gateway for integration of Cloud PC services.
• Collaborate with Network Security, Data Networking, and Identity Management teams.
• Provide Tier 3 support for Cloud PC and VDI environments.
• Stay updated with Microsoft and industry trends.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Perform unit and integration testing before production release.
• Optimize service functions and integrations continuously.

Requirements

• Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with 8 to 13 years in Information Systems.
• Proficiency in Python and W365 Cloud PC.
• Familiarity with enterprise data management and REST API development.
• Competence in PowerShell scripting and Windows server administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and networking preferred.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
• Team-oriented with a focus on achieving team goals.
