Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• 5+ years of patient clinical experience.
• Management and leadership experience in cross-functional roles.
• Strong understanding of the US medical landscape in Derm/Rheum.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Experience in developing medical strategies and plans.
• Proficiency in evidence generation and scientific communication.
