Overview

The Senior Global Program Manager will be responsible for integrating and understanding Process Development activities within Amgen’s commercial portfolio, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare field.
• Direct CMC experience is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree preferred with relevant project management experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Ability to coach and manage project managers.
