• Understanding of common process metrics.
• Familiarity with release cycles and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business users.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Fundamentals.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
