Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Finance Experience; OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Finance Experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Finance Experience; OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Finance Experience; OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Finance Experience.
• CPA/MBA preferred.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Biotech/pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and math skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion.
• Understanding of corporate finance concepts.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
