As a Claims Adjuster, you’ll be at the heart of customer interactions, helping policyholders navigate the claims process efficiently and compassionately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal auto claims processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with technology and excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
• Expertise in coverage analysis and negotiation.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
