America's Promise Alliance (APA) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of young people in the United States. The organization focuses on three interconnected issue areas: aligning K12 education and youth development, reimagining postsecondary to workforce pathways, and increasing civic and democratic engagement. APA operates a community that includes 150 member organizations and 750 executive leaders, collectively serving 32 million young people annually and managing $2 billion in annual spending. The Alliance provides essential infrastructure and support to its members, enabling them to enhance their impact, navigate challenges, and collaborate on initiatives that address complex issues in education and youth development.
