Overview

The Senior Care Expert role at AMADA Franchise Inc. focuses on providing operational analysis, business coaching, and performance support to franchise partners in the senior care industry.

In Short

• Serve as a strategic bridge between AMADA and franchise partners.
• Conduct bi-weekly performance meetings with franchise partners.
• Analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify performance gaps.
• Train and reinforce best practices aligned with AMADA’s 3 Pillars of Success.
• Support approximately 25–35 franchise partners.
• Participate in and facilitate AMADA U trainings.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong coaching and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in sales and operations training.
• Experience in senior healthcare or private duty home care (strongly preferred).
• Ability to analyze financial statements and operational metrics.
• Franchise experience (preferred).
• High level of accountability and ownership.
