• Develop and maintain high-traffic websites using ReactJs, Laravel, and WordPress.
• Implement new features and improve existing ones following best practices.
• Investigate and resolve bugs or technical issues.
• Collaborate with the Lead Developer on technical solutions.
• Propose and implement improvements in tooling and workflows.
• Keep up with new technological trends and suggest new implementations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and streamline documentation.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and best practices for both front-end and back-end.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Web Development.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, TailwindCSS, and Typescript.
• Experience with WordPress or Laravel, or willingness to learn.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and formats.
• Proficient in Git versioning tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools for development.
• Open mindset toward integrating AI workflows.
