Financial Analyst, Billing and Reporting - Remote

Overview

As a Financial Analyst at Altisource, you will work closely with executive leadership to develop and organize financial strategies for various business lines, focusing on client invoicing and financial reporting.

In Short

• Manage client invoicing for Altisource’s Lenders.
• Ensure proper controls are in place for client invoicing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue and expense summaries.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on business results.
• Assist the accounting team with audit processes.
• Support internal customers with accurate information.
• Ensure the team meets all service level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive month-end close and reporting within 5 working days.
• Ensure compliance with various enactments and timely responses to disputes.
• Complete statutory and internal audits as per management deadlines.

Requirements

• Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Proactive, deadline-conscious, and assertive.
• Expertise in MS Office and MS SQL.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy level and self-motivated.
• Solid conceptual, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
