1418 Investment Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Investment Analyst is responsible for processing documents related to manufacturing changes, requisitions, and billing, while also engaging in project planning and resolving billing issues.

In Short

• Process documents such as manufacturing changes, requisitions, and debit memos.
• Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Assets Under Construction (AUC).
• Update planning elements and perform project reconciliations.
• Resolve billing issues and maintain billing workflows.
• Download and store reports, as well as record investment meeting minutes.
• Manage the year-end accrual process.
• Work on special projects assigned by the Project Cost Specialist.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with systems like MEDDS and SAP.
• Preferably experience within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
