Requirements

5+ years of experience designing marketing websites (preferably tech/SaaS).
Strong skills in Figma (Adobe Suite & AI tools are a plus!).
A sharp eye for branding, layout, and modern design aesthetics.
Understanding of conversion principles & best practices (don’t worry, we guide you with our frameworks!).
Confidence to present ideas to clients and make strategic design decisions.
Fluency in German & English.
A proactive, self-starting mindset - you don’t wait for instructions, you take initiative!
