Overview

The Product Specialist role at AlphaSense lives at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support. Product Specialists are tasked with building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense while helping to drive adoption.

• Work directly with investment banks, hedge funds, and asset managers.
• Conduct on-site client visits and host training sessions.
• Partner with account management to enhance client success.
• Support sales efforts by leading product demos.
• Identify key market trends and curate relevant content.
• Leverage product knowledge to field feedback for enhancements.
• Engage with clients to maximize their AlphaSense experience.
• Provide ongoing product consultations to enhance retention.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams for future developments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
