Senior Salesforce Developer (m/w/d) - Remote

Overview

In exclusive collaboration with our partner – one of Europe's leading insurance companies with a strong focus on digitization, cloud, and technology – we are looking for you as a Senior Salesforce Developer (m/w/d) based in Cologne (with up to 60% home office).

In Short

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions based on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Integrate external and internal systems and design an integration layer for customer and partner data.
• Actively shape the integration of external APIs and enhance the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and stakeholders from IT and sales.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex and Lightning Components.
• Strong software development knowledge and ideally another programming language (e.g., Java, TypeScript, or Python).
• Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies is a plus.
• Structured, self-organized, and team-oriented work approach with an agile mindset.
• Fluent in German at B2 level or B1 with a willingness to improve.
• Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from abroad.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of software development and another programming language.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
• Structured and team-oriented work ethic.
• German language proficiency.
