Overview

As a Business Data Analyst at Alpha FMC, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our clients and the technical teams to deliver custom Insurance solutions using modern technologies. This project will focus on Financial modeling within Healthcare payment integrity.

In Short

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams.
• Conduct business process analysis and develop documentation.
• Collaborate with Management Consultants across the Insurance Business Line.
• Support the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving between clients and the consulting team.
• Monitor project progress and adjust requirements as needed.
• Craft Powerpoint presentations based on financial analyses.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on experience with Data Analytics, including financial modeling.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Powerpoint.
• Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like JIRA or Asana.
• Exceptional communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives in parallel.
