Tax & Treasury Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tax and Treasury Manager to join our finance team. This role will oversee both tax and treasury functions for our multi-state and global operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and optimizing cash flow and liquidity management.

• Manage tax compliance and reporting for federal, state, local, and international tax returns.
• Lead tax provision process for financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring and liquidity planning.
• Establish compliance with tax and treasury-related policies and internal controls.
• Develop and execute tax and treasury strategies supporting company growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tax and treasury-related issues.
• Mentor and manage a team of tax and treasury professionals.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Optimize cash management across global operations.
• Provide guidance on tax implications for transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in tax, treasury, or financial management.
• Knowledge of US federal, state, and international tax regulations.
• Experience managing tax audits and overseeing treasury functions.
• Strong analytical skills and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in tax and accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
