In Short

• Lead a team of high performing product engineers.
• Define Alma's features, services, and architecture.
• Grow and develop a collaborative engineering team.
• Lead technical discussions and set direction for the team.
• Partner with product managers and designers to deliver value.
• Engage in the recruiting and onboarding process.
• Contribute to technical and product strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of engineering experience, with 1+ years in management.
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more engineers.
• Mentorship experience with individual contributors.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience shipping user-facing products.
• Passion for improving therapy experiences.
• Demonstrated DEI best practices in leadership.
