In Short

• Lead and serve as primary contact for DM with all relevant parties.
• Plan and project the resources required including management of tasks, timelines, risk and quality.
• Monitor tasks against and keep track on budget, forecasts, identify and trigger changes of scope requests.
• Develop, review and maintain project-specific DM documents.
• Lead and coordinate the development of clinical study database set-up.
• Participate in the review of study documents and lead the review of eCRFs.
• Coordinate, participate and complete the database User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create training materials for EDC users and provide project-specific training.
• Review and validate clinical data to ensure consistency, accuracy, integrity and completeness.
• Create and review project metric reports and status updates.

Requirements

• Experience in Clinical Data Management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in clinical trials.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with EDC systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software.
• Experience in vendor management.
