Overview

The Claims Reporting Representative is responsible for guiding callers to the appropriate party based on their needs and performing basic clerical duties while ensuring customers feel valued and understood.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Call Center experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.
  • Ability to empathize with customers.
  • Good organization and follow-up skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to perform routine tasks under supervision.
