Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Represented 3rd party Bodily Injury claims.
  • Experience in Florida Casualty Claim handling.
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination.
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of innovative tools for claims evaluation.
  • Adjuster and/or appraiser license may be required.
