As an Assess Repair (Total Loss) Adjuster at Allstate, you will provide exceptional customer service and manage vehicle damage assessments and claims settlements in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• 18 months of Auto Collision estimating experience.
• Experience in total loss adjustment is preferred.
• Proficiency in estimating software (CCC One, Audatex, Mitchell).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for remote interaction.
• Capability to handle complex claims and situations.
• Commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.
• Must obtain adjuster’s license within 60 days of hire.
