• Contribute to the development of a coffee sector strategy document for Malawi (2025-2040).
• Lead stakeholder engagement, including workshops and site visits in key coffee-growing areas.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Food Technology, or related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in the coffee industry.
• Expertise in sustainable coffee processing operations.
• Knowledge of coffee quality control procedures and certification standards.
• Familiarity with coffee processing machinery.
• Experience conducting workshops and stakeholder engagement.
