The Business Financial Manager (Basic BFM) position is a hybrid role that requires providing comprehensive programmatic, financial, and administrative support to government clients, including financial tracking, budget preparation, and solicitation management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of related financial and administrative assistance experience
• Experience in developing and maintaining financial budgets
• Knowledge of government budgeting and contracting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and in a group dynamic
• Experience with Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)
• Ability to produce accurate work products
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
