Financial Paraplanner - Remote

Overview

AFG is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail oriented Financial Paraplanner to collaborate with and support a team of financial planners and advisors. The Financial Paraplanner will also work closely with the Operations Team on various projects and will be responsible for running reports and working with many data points. This position is part of an experienced and knowledgeable team that prides itself on consistently exceeding expectations. The Financial Paraplanner is responsible for ongoing data accuracy and excellent client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional work setting.
• Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with financial planning software, eMoney is a plus.
• Willingness to earn the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) designation.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and multi-task.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
