Data Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Data Project Coordinator will be part of the Delivery team, supporting data and BI projects for multiple clients while ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

• Responsible for delivering multiple data and BI projects for various clients.
• Ensure everyone is aligned on deadlines, progress, and next steps.
• Build strong relationships with clients and support ongoing communication.
• Utilize AI tools to improve project delivery and management.
• Support resource planning and project administration across multiple projects and teams.
• Monitor progress using tools like Power BI or Excel.
• Identify potential risks early and escalate as necessary.
• Initiate improvements in project delivery within the Delivery Framework.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong ownership and responsibility in a self-organizing environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools in daily work.
